The app does not consider itself a medical emergency service and DOES NOT replace the official emergency call (e.g. 112 or 911) or the veterinary emergency service in life-threatening situations.
The developer expressly assumes no liability for the accuracy, timeliness (e.g., opening hours) or availability of the displayed veterinarians. Any liability for health consequences for the animal due to delayed or failed contact is excluded.
The data entered in the health record as well as the answers generated by the AI advisor serve purely informational purposes. The app does not offer medical diagnoses. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for health problems of your animal. No liability is assumed for this either.
The digital pet passport / EU pet passport provided in this app serves exclusively as a practical, digital memory aid and copy on the go. It is not an official or legally valid document. The app copy does not replace the physical, original paper EU pet passport during border crossings, veterinary treatments, or official controls. The developer assumes no liability for any fines, refused entries, or other damages resulting from the lack of the original document.
The warnings shown in the poison bait radar are based on reports from the community or external sources. We are not liable for incomplete, incorrect, or malicious false reports. Users must always actively watch their animals themselves when in nature.
